RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Any request submitted after this period will not be considered eligible for a return.

PICKUP & QUALITY INSPECTION

Once your return has been successfully scheduled:

* A pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
* The returned product will be transported to our warehouse.
* Once received, the product will undergo a quality inspection to verify its condition and return eligibility.

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product successfully clears our quality inspection, the eligible refund amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment used for the order.

The refund will be processed after successful quality verification and may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
